Our Story

In 2015 we found a vacant block of land in Warragul and noticed there were very few storage options that offered both strong security and clean, well-maintained facilities. Seeing the need in the community, we decided to create our own.

After a lot of hard work, our first facility quickly filled with locals looking for reliable storage. Due to the demand, we opened a second facility in 2018, which booked out almost immediately, with many people even joining a waitlist.

We’ve loved being able to support our local community by providing safe and convenient storage, and we look forward to continuing to help people in Warragul for many years to come.

Affordable Self-Storage

We focus on convenience, with wide driveways, all-weather concrete surfaces and great lighting for easy 24/7 access. Our units range from small 1.5 x 3 metre spaces for paperwork and archived files, through to 6 x 3 metre units for larger items, with several sizes in between. For long-term storage, our cyclone-safe, water-tight containers offer a secure solution, all located in a convenient industrial estate in Warragul.

You can rest assured your belongings are secure, with 24-hour camera surveillance and tenant-only access. You can use your own lock or purchase one from us. Our facilities are well lit for safe access at any time, and our Will St Warragul location is appointment-only and kept locked when unattended.
